Am i correct in thinking the following steps should enable this.<br />
1) Edit Server Document &#8211; security tab &#8211; enable &#8220;Check passwords on Notes IDs&#8221;<br />
2) Create a Security Policy which had the following setting enabled &#8211; &#8220;Enforce password expiration &#8211; Notes and Internet &#8221;<br />
3) Apply the policy to the users.<br />
4) Run adminp<br />
If someone could please confirm that the above is correct it would be appreciated, or if i am missing something please let me know.<br />

<p>I am using Lotus R5. I have form that has button called &#8220;Send&#8221; which send email to the users.</p>
<p>This button populated all required fileds including &#8220;SendTo&#8221;, &#8220;CopyTo&#8221; etc in this form.</p>
<p>I also have body field in this form.</p>
<p>In body, I want to see other subform and this way I want to send mail which has body as other subform.</p>
<p>I do not want use this subform as an attachment but wants to see it in body area.</p>
<p>How can I assign body area as a subform?</p>
<p>Please help.</p>
