Lotus Notes 7 email address in ‘Who’ column

I am currently using Lotus Notes 7 and am used to Outlook. I am trying to show the full email address in the ‘who’ column in my inbox/outbox/folder.

Currently right now, all it show is ‘John Smith’. What I need is john.smith@email.com

Converting msg format contacts to nsf format

I have few contacts in msg format. I want to convert/export them to Lotus Notes. These msg contacts are saved in my computer in the shared drive and I don’t use Outlook in my office pC. Is there anyway I can export these contacts to Lotus Notes Address book(names.nsf)

Recent Contact Email gets combined with other emails

For some reason in my recent contacts one user email gets combined with others. This only happens for this one email.. So when I bring it in when keying in the persons email it brings in combined email. The only way to fix is going into recent contacts and delete all the recent contacts.

Export Group files in Lotus Notes 6.5

I am currently upgrading from 6.5 to 8.5. Having a problem with Group Files. What do I need to do to make sure my Group files are upgraded to the new version. Right now, some of the computers work fine, and then some I have lost all the Group files. For the contact files, I export them first and then import them when the upgrade is complete. What do I need to do to the Group files to make sure I don’t loose any of them?

How do we prevent Notes from suggesting the Internet form of address when suggesting addresses for fellow Notes users on the same server?

Manipulating Contacts and Recent Contacts does not work to stop this annoying practice.
