Unable to lauch Lotus Notes Client 8.5.1

I have upgrade Lotus notes from 8.2 to 8.5.1 (all clients), but the client does not lauch in the standard configuration. Basic configuration (running with notes.exe -sa) is fine. But standard configuration just prompts login dialog and splash screen but does not open the notes workspace.

We just upgraded to Lotus Notes 8.2 and I need to print a group calendar single space to fit on one page instead of 2.

Every time I access a web content (GWI) thru Lotus Notes 8.2 I get this error message “IEOOP MODULE HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE” looks to me that Lotus NOtes Client that enables the browser applications to access web contents is corrupted. Need help try to figured out how to fix this error.
