In Lotus Notes 8 Calendar, enable use of distribution lists to address invite
When creating a calendar invite, how can we automatically invite several people using a predetermined distribution list? In effect we want to automatically address and send the invite to the same people without having to retype 16 people every time.

Hi, My user is encountering this error when trying to open the forwarded calendar invite link “the linked document (UNID OF1E668B 86: 61E3E265-ON48257775:0029606B) Cannot be found in the view”. Anyone knows how to solve this? Thanks!

Lotus Notes mailfile database deleted automatically
Hi, one of our user’s mailfile database has been deleted automatically in our server without any error in our server logs? Is there any way we can retrieve it? or is there any way we can trace its cause? We have server logs though but we cant find the cause in it. Please help

Sending to external email address in Lotus Notes
Hi, is there anyone of you knows how to send an individual email notice once the user send a message to external address? We were currently blocking our user to sends unnecessary email to unrecognized email domain other than our company’s domain. Please help. Thanks!

Lotus Notes can’t receive names.nsf from Web
here iam using lotus 8.0.1 in client i can recieve names.nsf but in web i can’t reteive names.nsf pls give me solution for me.

Lotus Notes 8 Basic
When I try to exit lotus notes it gives me an error that says IBM technotes. Than it lockes up. The only way to get back in is to shut down and start over. How can I fix this. Thanks
