Polling on Lotus Notes
Hi, I want to be able to create an email which polls my colleges eg.which restaurant would you like to eat at given a choice of a, b, c using buttons. I then want their response to automatically be placed into a table or similar rather then having to manually read each automatic response.

I’m trying to add a signature to my outgoing emails. It says go to the more button. I can’t find it. So I opened new memo, create, tools, add signature.  Did that part right, (I’ve done it before) but once I’ve added it, close the memo, open another one, there is no signature.
