Anyone knows how to have one meeting type appear in the agenda as a colour, and another agenda meeting in another colour – it seems when setting up a colour, all meetings are changed to the same colour.

Calender items are removed periodically in Lotus Notes V6.5
Items entered in Calender are removed periodically, without intervention of the user, in Lotus Notes V6.5. The period seems to be more or less 2 months.

I have Lotus Notes 6.5. I keep folders on my network drive, usually labeled by subject/project. When I had Outlook, I was accustomed to saving the emails outside of Outlook to the relevant subject/ project folder. Does anyone know if this is possible in Lotus Notes?
