  • Error opening Word attachments

We've had a couple of users experience issues with opening Word attachments. They get an "invalid document" error...we're using mostly 6.5.4, with a few users still running 6.5.2. Please help if you can!

  • Lotus Notes 6.5 unread status

Using Lotus Notes 6.5. Having an issue with my Lotus Notes email. An email in a "read" status is changing to "unread" after I forward or reply to the email. It would make sense to me that the email stays "read" even if I forward or reply. Please help to change this. Thank you

I have Lotus Notes 6.5. I keep folders on my network drive, usually labeled by subject/project. When I had Outlook, I was accustomed to saving the emails outside of Outlook to the relevant subject/ project folder. Does anyone know if this is possible in Lotus Notes?
