Mail send by mail rule of auto forward in Notes client can’t be journaled in Lotus Notes 6.5.3
We enabled jounal and created a Mail-in database for Mail archiving. But if user create a mail rule for auto forward to individual mail in Notes client. The jounal function can’t record mail which is send by mail rule.

Loss of Lotus Notes Full Text Index v6.5.3
I run a script against various users email databases. Databases are full text indexed before the script runs. Once the script runs, some databases loss their full text index and become not indexed. The script is not the problem. Any reason why this happens for somee databases but not all?

After Archiving selected emails from inbox, the selected inbox email still stays in inbox where as it has archived those entries
Within Lotus Notes 6.5.3 I have noticed on few clients that after selecting few emails from inbox, it archives locally however the selected email which were selected earlier for Archiving still shows up in inbox. Upon clicking those email it gives some error something like “Specific email does not exist”. My email address is farhan_khan@saudia.com
