Hello. I created a form called appointment. I then created a calendar view. When I run my Calendar, my appointment appears at the top of the view, and I can’t figure out how to make my appointment appear in the correct time slot on the calendar.

we are about 4 people managing same group mail box in Lotus notes to handle all client quries. my question is we want to flag the emails to each of them by giving color flag to 4 people so when they see group mail box they can find their quries and handle it. I know we have multiple colors in outlook but I dont know how to do in lotus notes.Can any one give me suggestion in regards to this.

I have an existing group mailbox and need to have another set up with a different name. (a nd b for this example)

So that my team only have to look after one mailbox I wouild liek to establish; is there a feature that would show the mail being sent from the old group mail (a) that would appear to be sent from the new (b), in other words a mask, so that the user thinks there are 2 mailboxes but actually on 1 exists

i have 2 accounts generic and personal when i use inbox for genric aacount i cannot access or send email from my personal account i have to do exit notes and relogin again .. any advise is there any way i can use both accounts send/receive emails at the same time without exit notes.
