How do you insert a new section within a document between two others without the new section becoming part of the section above it? When you collapse the section above the newly inserted one, the newly inserted one disappears with it. Using Lotus Notes 6.5 for an internal web site.

Lotus notes version 6.5 produces this error. Lotus Notes unable to start - Domino Server is still running. I cannot run kill notes as the boss will not allow. Is there another way of stopping the server besides task manager.
