When I enable the Out Of Office-agent, it runs with following error in the agent log : Error (4000):Notes error: You are not authorized to use the server at this port. I can't find the reason. Anybody? Software/Hardware used: Lotus Notes 6.5

We are using lotus notes 6.5 and 3-4 users are using the same ID. There is a crank here who is deleting the mails. Is it possible to track down this person. The deleted mails in trash folder can it be shown the time/date the mails are deleted.

I run a script against various users email databases. Databases are full text indexed before the script runs. Once the script runs, some databases loss their full text index and become not indexed. The script is not the problem. Any reason why this happens for somee databases but not all?
