How to create file location live link in a Lotus Notes email that works in Outlook?
I need to include a link in my email to a file on a drive that everyone can access. On creating the hotspot in Notes this does not show as a live link for Outlook users. How do I overcome this?

How to keep link Hotspots from opening in Internet Explorer?
My company just migrated from Outlook to Lotus Notes 6.5 and we are struggling on some basic issues. For instance, when someone opens a link to a PowerPoint (.ppt) document from a Lotus Notes e-mail, it opens with Internet Explorer. How do we get this file to open using PowerPoint instead of Internet Explorer?
