Hi, 1st you reinstall lotus 6. Then open it. then restart setup of lotus 7. after some files copied he show error that, “your lotus is open,Please close it & click on retry.” then it will be upgred your lotus 6 to lotus 7. Then restart your computer. ITs useful?

I presume when you say link to a document, you mean an attachment that was created when the document was saved? want to trasfer my archive file to another system but i am not able to copy the archive file displays (Cannot copy:Data error(cyclic redundancy check)
Close lotus notes and try to do a fixup. If still cannot , try to create a new copy of the database and try to move it.
