Need more info. What’s the ACL look like? Default/Anonymous rights? You say they’re “prompted to log in again to the site” – to the site or to the database? Again? When was the first time? OOC, are you using SSO?

Or otherwise, replace the design of the database that on server. I was having same issue after Notes get upgraded from 5 to 7. After replace design to V7 template, no more such error message.

First, you should already created a local replica and also set schedule replication…Once done it, from the File menu, goto Mobile, and choose Edit Current location. Select “Mail” tap, and change mail file location to Local. That should do.

Answered my own question. I removed the ?OpenElement from the URL string, gave Annonmous reader access and modified the code as follows. Unable to locate Domino Directory through Offline
I had the same type of problem trying to login from home to our development server. I verified that my development domain was listed under “Advanced TCP/IP Settings DNS tab” and also created a location document using IP address not the server name. Hopes this helps
