Group policy for sending SMTP emails
Hi, I am planning to implement restrictions on outgoing SMTP mails for group of people. User in that group needs to send mail to particular internet domian and that gorup should be restricted to send mails to other external domains. All other user on that server must not have any issue in send mails.

Lotus Notes Rules are not working
HI, I have an issue regarding Lotus Notes Rules. One of my user has created 10 rules none of the rules are working. I tried to create a new rule using my Admin ID on users mailfile but still now luck that new rule is also not working. Please help

Lotus Notes 6.5.5: Archiving issue
Hi, when I archive in LN, my folders appers in the archived db too. If I delete them, appers again couple of days, weeks later. How can I set up archiving correctly to eliminate this?

scheduling a reminder for an all day event. can you schedule a reminder ex: for Dec 5 setting a reminder for 14 days on Dec 1 – will lotus send a reminder before the 14 days?

Lotus Notes 7.02 keeps resetting default browser
I am running Lotus Notes 7.02 on a Mac OSX. Every day I have to re-set my preferred default browser in notes to Firefox. Firefox is already set as the default for the o/s…why doesn’t notes keep it?

Message Recall not working as expected in Lotus Notes 8.5.1
We are able to recall messages the problem is I have message recall set to only allow recall up to one day yet my users can recall messages pass the one day limit. What else can I check?

Why are duplicate files being created in Lotus Approach 2000?
We work with several employees we just recently noticed that we have been creating files with the same information why would this happen? we search the system by Date of Birth and social Security to avoid it but it still happens I’ve thought we maybe have more than one database or window open at the same time?
