If you just need to get to a point where the local address books don’t all have the same replica IDs, then it seems to me that a simple File->Database->New Copy… (followed by some file renaming) would accomplish this.

When I delete message in Lotus Notes it does not move to trash folder
It will be moved to Trash Folder if you Check the “Allow Soft Deletion” option in File > Database> Properties > Advance option (the little funny hat thing).

“you’re not authorized to user server” means that you are probably not listed in the server access list or you are listed in the NO ACCESS field by group etc. Terminations etc.

Regarding forwarding emails I would suggest that you create a Server Rule on the lotus Notes Domino server . Regarding the BB reply case is for security purposes I really dont think it is possible to be done .
