Where is the more button? Lotus 8
I’m trying to add a signature to my outgoing emails. It says go to the more button. I can’t find it. So I opened new memo, create, tools, add signature. Did that part right, (I’ve done it before) but once I’ve added it, close the memo, open another one, there is no signature.

How can I change “SendTO” field for Notes
Hi, I got a request from a user, he want to automatically change the recipient from “abc@mail.com” to “def@mail.com”, how can I do this ? For example, he send email to 2 users, “abc@mail.com” and “bbb@mail.com” , when he click “send” the recipent “abc@mail.com” will become “def@mail.com”. Thanks in advance.

i had taken health check in lotus notes nsf it showing 90 and above percentage during system maintanance but after nextday it show only 60 to 70 % only this happening every week after maintanance pls help me in this problem

Is it possible to update signature of all lotus notes users?? my requirement is to add company to the signature of all lotus notes mail users.I dont want to send mail to everyone to update their signature.
