Plz, check effective Mail policy applied to you and to “your users” Mail Settings => Mail tab => Message Recall tab => => Allow recall of messages with unread status (both readn and anread OR Unread only) => do not allow recall of messages older than (xxx weeks/days/hours/minutes)

Number of Emails – Count Emails – in Lotus Notes
May be a little bit stupid answer, but… Open you Inbox (check that you are not activate option “Show Unread only”) and than press Ctrl+A (Edit => Select All). This will select all documents in your view/folder (in our particular case Inbox) and total document number will be displayed in status bar (xxx documents selected)

Error: a required argument has not been provided when locations are opened in Lotus Notes
Locations are stored in the personal address book. I would replace the design of the user’s address book (names.nsf) with the pernames.ntf template, or try to run a fixup on the file.
