Hi,

Am trying to figure out on how do i automate the copy and paste of my emails from lotus notes account to other account on lotus notes application.

I added gmail account in the lotus notes application, am trying to copy the newly received email (everytime new email comes in) from my lotus notes account and paste it to the gmail inbox.

Am doing this manually at the moment i.e. copy the email from inbox A and paste it to inbox B.

I thought i can just copy to folder but the copy to folder only allow me to see folders in the particular account only. any help?

How can multi columns checkbox options can be shown in web with fair looking columnwise format, since it gets distorted and does not appear as neat as in Notes client.

Dialog list showing one item in two lines

When one of those dialog list values with space separated string is selected it gets broken in multiple lines, why such thing happens?

Example TypeofProdut is a dialog list field. [em]It has items as : o One, t two, th three etc[/em]

[em]when any one is selected and then another value is re selected earlier values shows in two lines.[/em]

I didn’t follow the instructions at first time lotus notes configration . While trying to configure 2 nd time , its not showing config wizard . Can you pls advise

Hi Experties,

I Have the Notes form on which contains the multivalued Checkbox field, if number of values in checkboxes goes beyond 25, it pushes the other fields on the form below the checkbox down. Hence other fields become invisible as scrollbar is activated.

Is it possible to add scrollbar directly to the checkbox field and limit the size of checkbox field?

I know how to create a button in Lotus Notes, that responds back with a pre-detemined message, but I’m wanting to create a button that when the employee clicks it, it opens up a new email with my email address auto populated, a pre-populated subject line and then they type their message and send it to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
