I’m trying to add a signature to my outgoing emails. It says go to the more button. I can’t find it. So I opened new memo, create, tools, add signature. Did that part right, (I’ve done it before) but once I’ve added it, close the memo, open another one, there is no signature.

Customize Lotus Notes Inbox View

We have a generic mailbox used by multiple users to send mail. Even though the email header displays the name of the user who sent the email, in the Sent By field, I am not able to find a way to display the Sent By value in Inbox View. Is there any way to accomplish this? If not is it possible to search emails sent by a particular user?

I thought this would be simple but I can’t seem to get it to work.

In a form I have a button that calls an agent with the following code:

@SetField(“dspsupportingevidence”;”test message”);
@Command( [RefreshWindow] );

I want to collect information (do a survey) and put the information into the rich text field “dspsupportingevidence” in the form with the button (field exists). The survey code I have for the button works ok. I just can’t seem to get the code above to change the field and display the changed info. I got it to work once but don’t know what I did.

In the Agent properties I set Target to None to eliminate an error.

Lotus Notes – To-do with automated time reminder

I am using Lotus Notes 8. When I create a to-do task, I want it to prompt me to enter a time when I want to receive the task notification.

Lotus Notes 8 To-Do Window only has the option of Notify Me, where I can select the no of days before/after the due date will be notified. No Option to enter specific time

I assume if I can write a script to automatically have the Reminder feature show up while entering a to-do task, then I can enter the time in the reminder tab.

Just dont know how to do it in Lotus Script. Any guidance is appreciated

i have 2 servers ,server1 and server 2. server 2 is replica of server 1.I want to upgrade 2 servers from lotus notes 6.5 to 8.0.Please let me know the steps.i should upgarde both servers to 8 or how?
