during configuration of notes client 7.2 , pop up came out that “you’re not authorized to user server” i was not able to finish the configuration, anybody can help me to fix the problem.. thank ypou very much!

Domino 8 Quota Issue

I have a few workstations that are domino 5 that i am migrating to a domino 8 server enviroment. The domino 5 mail files have thier templates updated and copied to the remote workstaions to provide a local mail file that only replicates mail changes at an interval. now my questin is that this all works fine untill i get an message about a quota on the local mail file when i didnt have one set. The servers copy of the mail file is fine and lets me send email with no issues, its just the local mail file that i copied onto the local pcs that is becoming annoying. Is it something to do with the template that they are updating to ? where is this function getting the results fo this message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am using Lotus domino 7 and when one user sending mail from one server to another server in same NNN. mail received by the another user but it take around 10-12 hours. can anybody tell me where is issue.

Archival not happening for few mail Databases Lotus Domino

Archiving Criteria & Policies are in place and working normally, but for few mail databases it’s not just working.As administrator it is not allowing to select the deployed archiving criteria also.

I am rather new to domino and I can’t seem to find a way to determine what groups a user is member of or copy the group membership to another user. I am usint domino 7.x

iNotes “Out of Service” mail file cluster setting

Hi I had a user who could not access mail via web (Inotes )but via full client worked ok .
After trying everything..the fix was via Admin ..Database Tools select in service from the cluster optins.

Our environment runs domino 7.03 and mail files are clustered.

I dont understand why this fixed the problem as all the mail files are “out of Service ” and there are no Issues accessing via Inotes.
