Hi All,

I have an immediate requirement to develop script that sends email newsletter.

Our content editors send us file in .htm format.

I need to develop script that takes this file from my computer and send it to all client datbase as body item.

So file should be displayed in body.

How can I achive using Lotus script?

I am Using Lotus 6.5, I have 20 Subfolders in folders options.When I am going to be doing archieving some malis are not comming to same folder .Those mails are going to archieved all documents.

Domino 8 Quota Issue

I have a few workstations that are domino 5 that i am migrating to a domino 8 server enviroment. The domino 5 mail files have thier templates updated and copied to the remote workstaions to provide a local mail file that only replicates mail changes at an interval. now my questin is that this all works fine untill i get an message about a quota on the local mail file when i didnt have one set. The servers copy of the mail file is fine and lets me send email with no issues, its just the local mail file that i copied onto the local pcs that is becoming annoying. Is it something to do with the template that they are updating to ? where is this function getting the results fo this message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Archival not happening for few mail Databases Lotus Domino

Archiving Criteria & Policies are in place and working normally, but for few mail databases it’s not just working.As administrator it is not allowing to select the deployed archiving criteria also.

How do I split archive file ?

Lotus Notes ver 7 – more than 1 archive & select which one

A user wants to file selected emails into one archive and other selected emails into another archive. This is so he can open just one archive to view all his selected entries (as miuch as his limit of 500mb allows) and to limit having to spread them across different archives. Thus he wants one archive for a specific purpose and the other archive for anything else. So I would like to know:
(a) When he archives can he select which archive file to send to?
(b) If so, how can he create the 2nd archive (before the 1st one is full)

Whenever I try to create a archive settings docuemnt, I get an error.when I click on ‘In views/folders’ of the archive criteria settings document it displays an error ‘object variable not set’. We are using Lotus Domino 6.5.4
