Global Variables in Lotus Script

I need to transfer 4 pieces of data from a dialog box form (generated by lotus script) back to the primary form.

For consistency , I am not using the standard Cancel/OK buttons of the dialog box and since OK is not pressed, the dialog box data is not returned to the primary form.

Is there a way to programattically use lotus script to indicate the OK button has been pressed (or whatever) so data is automatically transferred back to the primary form?

OR

Can lotus script code be added to the standard OK button and/or the button renamed?

OR

Is it possible to set a temporary global variable in the dialog box form button code and then used in the primary form when the dialog box is closed?

I would rather not use the application’s profile doc.

McAfee Virus Scan in Lotus domino server

Hi, what is the proper command in stopping the McAfee from running in lotus domino? Right now, we were having a hard time sending and receiving messages from other mail servers reason being, our McAfee is currently scanning and don’t know the command to stop it. Please help. Thanks!

Mail Database Issue

Hi All,

I have some mails in my database. suppose if i see my all documetns there 50 mails and there are no mails showing in trash and also no entry in calendar but if I see database properties of server it is showing 240 documents and 26% using after archive. i dont know where are my other documents. even i compact -c also but still showing the same status.i think It is showing wrong status and i dont know why ? anybody knows please let me know.

I do not know yet the Exchange version (maybe 5.5 or 2003) but the target will be Domino 7.0.1
in an existing domain of our company.

There will be about 300-400 users.

Any advice ? TIA
