Some guidance in which Certifications I should seek

OK I was reading Someone else’s question and the response given to them on this page http://itknowledgeexchange.techtarget.com/itanswers/what-value-is-a-cisco-or-microsoft-certification-to-a-telecom-engineer/ and I was not exactly sure how this would apply to myself. I currently hold A+ MCTS:Vista client certifications. I am currently working on Net+ and Linux+ exams and would like to know maybe which direction would best suit my pleasure of cell phone based technologies. I have been told Cisco by some of my instructors and some kind of Server product by others. Many o’ google searches have given me other directions ans since this seems to be a constructive site maybe other would help in my quest for these answers

I dont have interest in programming so Is Administration is only field for me?

I m vaibahv from india i jus saw ur blog n info about ur courses.
I want sum suggetions from u…..i m doing Bs.IT n i have don basic networking course(TCP/IP)
n m doing job from last 4 yr but b coz of i dont have any cirtification i dont get the sallary i want… so now m 23 yr old n planig to to do linux administration course as well as CCNA.. is this ok if i do this both course togather coz i want to make my career in linux.
So plzzzzzzzzzzzz guide me wat kind of courses shud i choose n wer shud i focus.

i have MCSA 2003 and i interested in ccna & red hat certification but i am not making right decision which certification i do ,when to give me grate opportunity in IT industry and benefit my carrier
i know IT filed so varied both certification is required which certification for best my.

Dear sir,

I have done my diploma in 2006.After that i am doing job as a desktop engg.Now i am working i on project with EDS (Electronic data System).i have basic knowledge of network and Dns Dhcp Active directory,I am getting a salary of 10K per month.My friend told me you should do unix administration.I just want to know carrier in unix is good or not and should i deirectly join the unix administration course without doing mcse.will it better for me Kindly guide me.

I have question about Linux/Unix certification, What type of skill does Linux/Unix adminstrator have?? do they need to know a lot of programming skill or network skill??
before entering into Linux/Unix field, do I need to know MCSE/CIsco very well?? If I passed Linux+ from comptia, is it enought to work as LInux adminstrator without prior IT experience?? Basically I just want to focus on LInux/Unix field without dealing any other type of cert such as Window or CISCO. Do you think it is possible????!!!!!!!!
