• Error message when installing VMware on Ubuntu: Kernel headers not found

    I recently added VMware to my Ubuntu system but when I try to open it, I keep getting this odd error message: Kernel headers were not found. Anyone seen this before? What can I do?

    I noticed that my system keeps using SWAP even though I have over 4 GB of free RAM. I thought SWAP is just for storage precautions when the RAM is completely full. Why does it keep doing this?
