protect my network from spams and junk mails, ihave bit defender
hi,am a new network admin at a company we have lot of spams and junk mail to our outlook mails we have isa ,firewall ,also liecenced Bit defender anti spamer but am not sure if thier settings are correct plez help

Outlook with zimbra mail not showing junkmail
I use outlook with zimbra mail but it cann’t show junk mail that sended from outlook (showed if sended from web mail) I can prove? thanks for all answer

Junk email list removal
You know you can request to be on a junk mail block list through some consumer agencies. Does anyone know if there is a similar list for email addresses where your email address can be removed from those mailing lists that are sold all over the place?

Microsoft Outlook 2007 Meeting requests in junk email folder
In the last couple of days I’ve noticed that my Outlook 2007 has been delivering meeting requests to my junk email folder. I haven’t changed any settings recently. What’s caused this and how to I set it to deliver them back into my inbox?

I am gettign about 25 junkemails sent to my bberry a day. They do not show up on my outlook at my office computer ONLY on my bberry. I am not on a corporate server i just have a generice servie provider that forwards email to my bberry. any sugegstions on getting the junk email [...]

Procmail junk mail rule
I want to implement a .procmailrc rule that dumps any message that doesn’t have my name next to my email address in the TO field to my junk mail. For example: #If header shows To field doesn’t match real name or is blank, junk it
