What is the difference between using Answer Wiki to answer a question for IT Answers or answering the question in Discuss. I have seen it done both ways by highly rated individuals. Is there some kind of etiquette or rule for this?

How to change my email address for this application
I need to change my email address and when I edit my Account, it will not accept it unless I put in my handle. The Handle field is not input capable. How do I get it changed?

I’m trying to update my Account on the Account Update Screen (http://itknowledgeexchange.techtarget.com/settings/account/) but I cannot save any updates. The edits say the Handle must be at least one character, however there is no editable Handle field. I cannot enter at least one character if there is no where to put it!

Is Watchlist working?
When I answer a question, I add it to my watchlist. Then when someone would add something to that question, my watchlist would get a new entry and I would go to see if requested needed more information. This is no longer happening.

I do like the new point system but parts of it are confusing.[o:p][/o:p] When you display ranking by topic it is confusing because the columns for questions asked, answered and knowledge points is a total value not an indication of amounts for that particular topic. Thus someone does not have any idea the true topic [...]
