Hi, I would like to create a profile that have 4 initial libraries. How can this be done without changing global system values? or Job descriptions? Thank you

RCLSTG MCH4429
I need to run RCLSTG *DBXREF, but receive MCH4429 which ends the job abnormally. I have run RCLSTG before with no issues. Can anyone tell me why this may be happening and how to fix it? The system is V5R3M5
