Error msg when trying to execute a program Windows from Iseries through the RUNRMTCMD.

Host processor exception
We were scanning using a Panasonic scanner with a pc using RVI software  writing to the iseries. We suddenly started getting an error message 20441 (host processor exception) this seems to be a RVI error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled RVI 8.0 but that did not help the problem,  any ideas

iSeries NetServer will not start and returns error code 3420
V5R2 5 – Start of the NetBIOS over TCP/IP failed with return code 3420. Our AS400 can see our network devices (ping them with ip or PC name) and also ping www.google.com Telnet is working fine.
