It loaded okay with no errors, Client Access is V5R4M0 and the I-series is V5R4M5.

My Problem is that when I go into Navigator and connect to the I-series and try to expand the database tree it does nothing. I have all the necessary authority and can expand the File Systems but not the Database. Help!

Specifically, I am busy learning Web Query and I was to add Referential Integrity to the files I am accessing.

Every evening we create Save Files of our Production Libraries on our Production System. The next morning we FTP these Save Files to our Development System and do Restores to our Production Libraries on our Development System. We use TurnOver to handle the changes to our SQL Tables, Indexes, and Views. The issue is that after a change has been made to a Table, Index, or View, and the change is Distributed to our Production System the next morning the restore of that object fails. On the RSTLIB we are using ALWOBJDIF(*AUTL *FILELVL). The err msg is CPF3283 – The restore operation was not done because the member level ID that presently exists on the system is not the same as the member level ID for the file on the save media. Any idea on how we could improve upon this process so we don’t get these error messages.

I have a library that has a number of files with very recent last used dates. This library is left over from the original application install and is not used anywhere that I can find. The only mention of the library is on a dsppgmref listing for the base application programs, where the library is listed 10,000+ times for the files used by the programs. The actual files in the library are not used and in many cases have no records – the records are in the live data library. So what would cause the last used date to be updated?

Thanks, Carolyn
