What can I do with an ISA server?

Is an ISA server a replacement for a firewall? Will it let me prevent users from getting to specific websites like a filter? Will it work with XP SP3 clients?

Hello all, I have one public IP which is pointed to my Local Web portal (Port 80) through ISA Firewall. I want to use another website (Port 80) with that public IP. How can i do that ?

Hi
when I use of isa server for gate way I can’t see most of sites and urls specially gmail and yahoo mail sites,when I enter my account and password it takes too long time and finnaly “the page cann’t be displayed” from isa!!!!!
but when I connected directly to modem every thing is ok!!!!!
Here are some warning logs of isa server event viewer log!!!!!
could you please help me!!!??
it is very urgent!!!
my isa is isa server 2004 version 4.0.3443

1 Server with 2 NICs
Ist NIC: 122.252.232.156 (External Static IP)
IInd NIC: 192.168.1.5 (Internal IP Range)
ISA 2004 Firewall

Question:

I want to route the 5000 Port traffic comming from anywhere to my server to one internal IP say 192.168.1.253.

Kindly tell me the required steps to achive this .
