System is now configured for Iphone but Webmail has stopped working?

This may seem like a silly question but We recently got our system configured by our IT provider so we can have Iphone access to our SBS 2003, However since this was done the webmail has stopped working on our laptops and we are having to do a remote log in to the server to check e-mail from our laptops. (previous to this we could retrieve e-mail with out loging in to the server)

We have asked them to fix it but as yet they have not been able to?

Help syncing iPhone to Microsoft Exchange

I’m trying to sync my iPhone with Microsoft Exchange. My Windows 2003 SBS is configured as specified by Apple and ActiveSync passed the tests. Now when I create an Exchange account on my phone it says the account is verified and I get a brief message at the end saying ‘Configuring Sync for Exchange’ — but nothing happens after that.

I’m desperate to get this working, and any help will be gratefully received.

we keep getting the same warming every day we all use iphones to receive our emails

IP-based AUTD has detected that the registry value for the maximum heartbeat interval is set to a value greater than the maximum allowable value of [3540] seconds. As a result, we will proceed with the default maximum heartbeat interval of [2700] seconds and the default minimum heartbeat interval value of [60] seconds. To avoid seeing this message in the future, please correct this registry value, or omit it entirely in order to use the default.

I keep changing the Reg keys @ the moment the keys are set to

Maxheartbeatinterval Regdword 0×00045000(282624)

Minheartbeatinteral Regdword 0×00000336(822)

Should I keep changing the reg key to the once in the brackets or should I delete the registry key? I’m i missing something on the exchange server can i check anything on the firewall?

User received an email on iPhone, use Exchange 2007, and when she replied to the email it duplicated the original text in the email 9 times. This has only happened once, that I know of, and am not sure if this is an issue with Exchange, iPhone or communication between the two. I have tried to search through google and have not been able to find any other issue that exactly matches this. If anyone has seen this before or understands what could have caused this, I would totally appreciate your answers or comments.
