Recently I tried to configure the Lotus Traveler on iPad, I was able to get on the Lotus Traveler page but I got a messages says:

The Lotus Notes Traveler Server cannot connect to your mail database mail/username.nst on server CN=servername=servername. Verify that your mail server mail database grants access to server CN=servername=servername and is operational. If this does not resolve the problem, your administrator may need to verify the network connection between the servera and that the lotus traveler server is allowed to access your mail server.

The network connection don’t have a problem, one of the user able to connect the iPad on Lotus notes traveler.

What could be the reason on the client mail.nsf? How can this be resolved?

Thank you very much for your help,
