Dear Experts,
I have question that may look simple to you , but for me is almost black dark to get thru.
If i receive an email , an hotmail showing an IP originated from Germany, althought the person that is sending this email is supposed to be in Brasil, does it mean that for some reason this person is really in germany or because traditionally Brazil is full of telecoms that belong to germany so they have routed partially the internet traffic( f.e. Deustche telekom).
Please,let me know.

Hi all,

There is a site, which provides access to a service if it comes from my office IP.
Now I want to access the same service(or page) from home by making my home IP same as office ip, tricking the web site to believe that I am accessing from office.

By the way the service uses https://….. protocol for the site.

Is it possible and if so could some guide me on how to achieve this.

Thanking all in advance.
Silas
