I had provided ip add for two computers as follows on server ip -10.1.1.1 dns- xyz.local on workstation ip-10.1.1.2 dns-xyz.local I can ping the workstation from server but not from workstation. What is possibly wrong i am doing? Please Help.

we made a scope on range of 173.0.0.1 to 173.0.0.200 now a client got an IP 173.0.0.180 after sometime we edit the scope propertie and reduce the range to 173.0.0.1 to 173.0.0.150 what will be happen? do the previous IP 173.0.0.180 will work?if yes how? can we renew it ? if no Why?
