From a testing perspective, if a PC has 2 NIC's, each configured for a different subnet, does traffic actually cross the LAN since each unique MAC is represented by a unique IP according to its ARP cache? Would not the destination network need to be resolved by a router? I guess a better question...

we made a scope on range of 173.0.0.1 to 173.0.0.200 now a client got an IP 173.0.0.180 after sometime we edit the scope propertie and reduce the range to 173.0.0.1 to 173.0.0.150 what will be happen? do the previous IP 173.0.0.180 will work?if yes how? can we renew it ? if no Why?
