Internet Explorer Upgrades

where to find the package to upgrade ie5 to ie6

Hi , Could you give me a help. where can I find the package to upgrade my IE5.0 to IE6.0. I can't use the windows automatic upgrade so I only need is the package.   thanks alot!

i previously had a ballon in the lower right portion of the screen informing me there is an upgrade to download, which was windows internet explorer 8. I clicked on the ballon and the download took place however the ballon still appears with the same upgare notification for the same windows...
