I was thinking it was the print head. Is there anything else that may cause a poor print quality? Produces lines in copys. Is replacing the printhead the only fix?
I have 2 Intermec 5250 Devices that we use as time clocks. When we bring the system down for maintenance and IPL - I currently have to have someone drive to 2 locations to sign these on in order for the timeclocks to be accessible
