Why the dumb thing can’t look one directory up into MSCFV2, I don’t know.

Has anyone come across or devised a way to deal with this?

Currently, I decline IMF updates in WSUS (it gives me a heads up that an update is around). I decline it because I can’t control the specific update timing finely enough. Then I run Microsoft Update on the Exchange server and install from there. I copy my Weights file into the new IMF folder as soon as it is created. Finally I stop and restart the SMTP service.

Surely there is a better way???
