If I have an XP computer with an Infrared port and open the Wireless Link applet for the very first time, what are the security default settings on the Infrared and Image Transfer tabs?

Windows 98SE Infrared Transfer
A specific Infrared question for the Windows 98SE people on this forum. When I right-click a file and click on SEND TO INFRARED RECIPIENT, does or should the INFRARED TRANSFER window pop up automatically? Thanks for any info. If you have a working 98 machine, try it and let me know the exact results.
