Formatter board IBM/ Ricoh infoprint 1852 or Lexmark 640
I checked all network settings and they were correct. The printer will only print from the printers menu (ie. page count, tcp/ip info) I could not ping the printer. How do I access the formatter board for replacement. I cant find a manual anywhere.

IBM Infoprint 1852 printer
I have an 1852 installed and working on an IBM iSeries. Want to add capability to print documents from Microsoft Word. Loaded drivers and can print test page OK. Works fine until it receives data from the iSeries. Then it will not print Word documents until the printer is turned off and on again.
