I have tried all sorts of things in get these working, but they are apparently set up very differently from their black and white cousins.

I contacted Oce/Imagistics and they were of little/no help so I am hoping that someone else, who is more talented than I, has figured this out. I guess this is what happens when you have a programmer trying to do system maintenance.
