The printers are in the US and the I series is in the UK</p>
<p>They print correctly but are plagued with the printer ending abormaly. These then have to be restarted over and over again!!</p>
<p>Does any body have a working DEVD that I could compare?</p>
<p>The error message is  Message ID . . . . . . :   CPF3397<br />
Checking the joblog there not much help in their </p>

<p>As we have hundreds and hundreds of printers and the problem printers are the same make at different US sites I&#8217;m ruling out network problems.</p>

<p>I have tried changing the devd  *HPPJLDRV to *IBMSNMPDRV and a few other things but not much changed, printers still end. Looked at the time out settings on the printer and these look to be set to 0</p>
