media converter problem

Hi,
In setup 1, data can be put through the media converter. I verified by using wireshark installed on a lappie connected to the copper end.
but when i connect a 2nd media converter (setup 1b), i cant see the data anymore. I verified by using a line analyzer connected to the fiber end of the 2nd mc.
Why is this so?

Setup 1a:
data source -fiber-> media converter -copper->
Setup 1b:
data source -fiber-> media converter -copper-> media converter -fiber-> line analyzer

Image lost within JAR file

Hello,

I am developing a Java Application which I would like to Convert into a JAR file. Within the main project directory I have an image which is used in the application, but when I convert the project to JAR form the application cannot find the file.

My Filesystem:
+Project
     -src
     -bin
     -image.jpg

When I build the JAR, the image is placed in the directory with the JAR, not inside it, although I’ve tried placing the file inside the JAR file as well. Inside my Java code the image is simply referenced as “image.jpg”. Does anyone know how to fix this exception?

Images and media files not opening

I am amused by a fact that my image files and media files(.wma) are not opening if I double click them today. Please note that I have not changed any settings.

I checked the mouse settings also. And one thing is clear, it is not due to mouse because other files like Excel, Word are opening when I double click them.

Also for opening my image and media files, I need to right click and select open with option.

If you have any solution, please let me know……
