IIS Website starting and stopping
One web site will not start in IIS. The others work. This one starts and then stops. How can I troubleshoot this? Windows Standard R2 2003.

when i am trying to browsw iis i am getting the error “The server has encountered an error while loading an application during the processing of your request. Please refer to the event log for more detail information. Please contact the server administrator for assistance.”
