FTP timeout trying to connect
When a clients FTP site is down, our FTP attempt takes 15 minutes or more before it gives up. I need it to quit within 30 seconds. I’ve changed both the inactivity timer and the connection reponse timeout fields but to no avail.

Track total Batch jobs per jobq daily
Is there a function to track the total number of Batch jobs run per jobq on a daily basis? I don’t see anything in collection services and we do not have PM.
