SNMPv3 Configuration with HP OV
I am trying to configure snmpv3 using HP OV on a cisco router. The router has been configured properly to run snmpv3 already. I then edited the mgr.cnf file on the server located at /etc/srconf/mgr to add the following entry: usmUserEntry “agentEngineID” snmpv3user usmHMACMD5AuthProtocol usmDESPrivProtocol nonVolatile – snmpv3authpassword snmpv3privpassword and i have edited the snmpd.cnf [...]
