Synchronous Replication and Data inconsistency
Hi, What are the possible scenarios where one could have data inconsistency when using Array based Synchronous Replication. What could be done to prevent it, and has anybody had any real life experiences with these scenarios? Thanks, Steve

300gb hard drive failure
we have been experiencing an extremely high failure rate exceeding thirty percent with new 300gb hard drives from HP. Has anyone else experienced this problem with new drives?

Storage Products
I a currently evaluating storage products from IBM (8100) and HDS (Tagma Store) and I am interested in hearing other people’s experiences with either of these products. Is one better than the other? How easy are they to manage? Any information is greatly appreciated and thank you in advance. Dave
