Best Web managed switch? HP Procurve or Cisco

Loking for a webmanaged switch. Nothing fancy but want to be able to add a few VLANs etc. Was ooking at the Procurve 1700/18000. Does anyone reommend HP over Cisco or any other vendor i should be looking at. Software/Hardware used: Switches
