The printer will print “Print Screens” but will not print our decals(??) I release the spool file, it goes back to a *SAV status but it will not print to the new printer. I have made sure the I series name is correct for the printer and the printer session is correct…..The Iseries printer type is a 3812 and the manufacturer type and model is a “*HP5″. The new printer has only 2 mbytes where the 1300 had 16MB…could this be the issue?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
